Order Cancellation
Please be aware, once an order is placed, we can't cancel the order, as it begins processing immediately, however, once your order arrives to you, you may reach out to our support team in order to start the return process. Once you return your order, we can process a refund!
Shipping Protection
If you've selected "Shipping Protection" , you will be given the option to have your order reshipped, or refunded if the order is lost, damaged, or stolen during shipping.
Lost/Missing Packages
Corvante is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.

Tracking Information
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.
My Tracking Says “No Information Available At The Moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us. corvante.usa@gmail.com
